Job Purpose
The successful candidate will support the delivery of an efficient and consistent HR administration service, provides administration support to the function to enable accurate record keeping, reporting.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of an efficient and consistent HR administration service, provides administration support to the function to enable accurate record keeping, reporting.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timeous first point-of-call HR services admin query resolution.
- Contribute to ensuring a central repository of accurate HR Master data.
- Maintain and inspect company houses and buildings.
- Provide coaching to employees on how to use HR Systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Accurately support the maintenance of Country or site HR information database
- Provide support to produce HR dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
- Ensure accuracy and support for monthly and ad hoc labour productivity reports and analysis for overtime, contract labour, sick leave, leave balances, etc
- Maintain org structures to ensure they are up to date with accurate system and manual records.
- Support with employee contracts and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain up-to-date personal files confidentially.
- Run leave batch updates for payroll.
- Extract reports for authorisation and submits to payroll.
- Organise employee events e.g., long service awards, off-crop function.
- Provide support for increase letters, STIP letters, and package forms (as required)
- Update manpower needs, keeping track of key moves (Complement, successions & retirements)
- Promote and adhere to Kilombero’s procedures, policies, and guidelines, including, without limitation, those relating to SHERQ, Competition Law and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
- 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources Administration
- Payroll and HR benefits experience is an added advantage
