Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance and repair of all boiler machines.

Duties and Responsibilities

Boiler maintenance during steam stops and off crops.
Operate the boiler as per set standards and procedure.
Monitoring and controlling all boiler performance parameters.
Controlling steam pressure and steam flow.
Ensure safety of people and boiler.
Ensure the working place is clean and free from any hazards.
Ensure that all problems are reported immediately to the relevant authorities.
Effective communication.
Ensure boiler physical checkup is done by using the check list.
Ensure that all running parameters recorded and logged by checking and countersigning.

Job Qualification Requirements

Ordinary Level Certificate
Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Fitter Mechanic Level 1 from VETA
Minimum of 1 year experience in a Factory environment
Computer literate.

Terms of Service: The successful candidate will be engaged on a Permanent Contract
